Captains Practice and Coaches Practices

With all of the following so we can get schools in the books for reservations this year now:
1. All Times & Dates that you will be needing to come to the dome-please keep stall time to ONE HOUR
+Monday-Friday only 2:30pm-6:00pm is last reservation made.
2. How Many Students you will be bringing- please keep to a max of 15 or less or split up into different days/times – so that your students are able to practice, lets help their game.
3. What school you are. (state ladies’ team or guys team along with school)
If the weather does get nicer out, we do ask that you give us a call and cancel your spots at least 24 hours ahead of time or the morning of before 9 a.m. (prefer 24 hours). (ask manager about cancellation via email)
-Keep your practice time to ONE HOUR please (buckets can be shared (preferred), each student doesn’t need to get their own)
***There is a MAX of 15 players per team for reservations. If you do have more players. Please split your days up. As we want to accommodate all of the schools.
–PLEASE refer to GUIDELINES FOR DOME AND MINI GOLF for our facility
-Pay at the time of service $15 or $25 (Will not be billed out to schools, and no checks, there is a convenience fee for all cards used)
-Bucket passes maybe bought during sold dates. (you can have the school call ahead of time and purchase) *Please see bucket pass section.
-If you are bringing in larger groups, please keep at least 4 to 6 to a stall, especially when we are busy. (Break up the groups, have some students hit, have some chip, or putting, then rotate them into different sections. That way you won’t need to be on all the stalls) (Also, break-up into different days or even split up times)
**Example**
3 to 4+ per stall for larger groups- 10 balls per person then rotate to chipping or putting area
5 to 8 people on chipping area spend about 10 minutes there then rotate over to putting area
5 to 8 people on putting area spend about 10 minutes there then rotate over hitting area
-groups 4 to 5 stalls (10 to 15 kids)
-groups 3 to 4 stalls (5 to 10 kids)
*** If you have not made your reservations via email with the manager at midwestgolfdome@gmail.com and received your confirmations with dates and times with manager. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate your school. You will have to set up a time and date with manager for stalls.
***Due to the theft of our range balls by many we just want to remind everyone not to take our range balls and keep them for next time, as bags are subject to be checked this year. (Help us keep our prices down)
